Hello and Welcome!  My name is Charles Bordelon from Pineville, Louisiana.  I am happy you stopped by and hope you enjoy your visit.

Originally established in the early 1960's as a prefix for my Boston Terriers and French Bulldogs "HI-ARC" soon became a distinguished name where quality is never an accident, but is always the result of firm intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution.  At one time home to Champion Boston Terriers and French Bulldogs.

Tradition continues with top winning Chihuahuas such as BISS Ch. Hi-Arc Sir Thomas of Locksley.
While maintaining only a handful of breeding animals, limited breeding and determination, HI-ARC continues to create "Chihuahuas With That Certain Look."

My thanks to those who have shown and utilized my dogs into their breeding programs.  I am very proud of my dogs-their lineage-their success.
